They sought a comprehensive, reliable, and secure web platform that could be easily accessed, utilized, and managed across all their maintenance facilities throughout the United States. Our team put our best foot forward and with our technical prowess, successfully developed a customized dashboard that could cater to all their needs – from logging hours by maintenance workers to advanced administrative controls that are not commonly found in other established platforms. What’s more, we also ensured that the web platform could be configured as both a standalone application and supported as SASS software. We went above and beyond to ensure the maintenance workers could have access to the web platform via their tablets, both Mac and Windows systems.
